I found these today while metal detecting next to a large School Athletic Complex which includes football and soccer fields. They feel like lead, As you can see in the photos, one has an "L" stamped on it and the other an "S" which I assume stands for Large and Small. They are not all magnetic which is why they read both 36 and 40 on my detector. I expect they have no value, but my curiosity has the best of me on this. I would appreciate any ideas you may have as to what they may be. By the way HAPPY NEW YEAR!
