It would be of much help if you gave a little more of an explanation as to your items. Like, what is it, a rock, a piece of wood or plastic. And it would be much better if your photo's were a little clearer.

First one is a pic of melted metal, possibly lead. Second one might be a piece of metal or magnitite or slag or? Are you new at metal detecting and have found these items or?
