Two bad habits (at least) if you count butchering the lyrics to popular music.

Allow me demonstrate. Last song heard prior to yesterday's hunt - Aerosmith's "I don't want to miss a thing"

What I end up singing one hour later -

I don't want to take your call,
Don't want the phone to make a peep
Cause I'm still swingin' baby and I don't want to miss a beep.

Even when I should be through
Without a call or texting you
I'm still digging baby because I don't want to miss a ring.

It's a curse. :sadsmiley:

Wrapped up like a douche, a runner in the night, or the refrain from "Brick House" is "Suck a cow, suck a cow, suck a cow now." in lieu of shake it down, shake it down, shake it down now.

"Deeper, Dig Deeper"

Deeper, Deeper, dig, dig, Deeper, Deeper

Get a little closer
You don't have to be afraid
You have to trust your inner pilot
Don't let it drift away

Dig a little deeper
You gotta get it in your soul
Reach out with your spirit
And let your feelings show

Deeper, Deeper, dig, dig, Deeper, Deeper

You can't deny the feeling
That touches you inside
When you're tired and lonely
You don't have to lose your pride.

Take the time to listen
Stay a little while
Got a song to sing for you
Let the music get you higher, higher.

In the early 80's i had a date with cute girl. The Eagles "take it easy" was playing on the radio. she said she hated that song. I said how can you hate that? She said the line "looking for a lover that wont "BLANK" my brother" made her mad. I almost drove off the road.

Or you could just leave the phone in your vehicle....I developed that habit two years ago in early summer when I alternate between land hunting and water hunting. If there is anything worse than the non urgent calls and texts that disturb your hunting, it is the wild convulsing vibrating that your phone does as it is drown in the lake because you forgot To take it out of your pouch.
