Great find! :headbang: Yes it is cold here on the island of long! I think i will wait till Thursday supposed to warm up to the 40's that will be like a spring day. Cant wait. :hello:

I use neoprene gloves when digging in cold wet areas. our local drug mart had them for $4.99 a pair.
nice finds by the way.

I use a custom program on my DFX for the beach where i use only 10 to 31 vids in block edit and a low sensitivity about 60 a raw 3 k never 15 k gets better depth, most of time a 30 and up vid is a pull tab so i dont dig them but when its warmer out side and i can stay longer on the beach i change that i learned that from crackbadger and pulltabking :laughing7: i found this at a school yard with the same program it hit at +24 vid i thought it was a nickle 14k gold 2 colors heart and neckless ! Your crucifix looks similar to the ones that adorn the lids of caskets for Catholic funeral masses. After the service they are usually given to a family member. I have several.

I thought it was Catholic there's a hole on the top side to hook it to a chain

What size is it? If it is small, say an inch long or so, it came off of a Rosary.
