I guess I can't sell this Coleman Lantern

I got this today for $5.00 . It's my "birthday lantern" . I was born in January 1960 . the date code on the bottom is January 1960 . People on the Coleman Forums strive to find a "birthday lantern"
Some never do , or they pay big money for one on ebay . I've sold 2 in the past few years to people who thanked me because it was their '' birthday lantern " I finally got mine ! :headbang:

I'm only 33 and the hiss and noise of a Coleman lantern/stove is what I think when I think of camping. I don't care how bright your LED lantern is. Can it also provide warmth when it's 25 degrees out? I didn't think so!

It's a sound and memory forever etched into my brain and I hope to see my nieces go camping and use an old lantern, just like their uncle does.
