I found this today,,,,,it says "In case of accident please open" You open it up and it says "Iam catholic,I desire a priest" and has a small place for a pic or small pill.

That is soooo cool! I'm jealous! I'm a little puzzled though, just how big is this pendant, lockette or whatever it is? Not to criticize (but really I am, in a good way maybe) But when you take photos of something like this, put it with something of a known size, say a modern clad coin or next to a ruler or something. <shrug> Just a suggestion. Still though, I'm jealous! <smile>

i think the hole in it is normally used for a last rites communion wafer--- or emergancy med ---say like a heart pill (nitro)

Ive found one similar to yours, it said Im a catholic call a priest. Mine doesnt open though, its one piece. Are thoes madalions common? Are they worth anything? Cool find though
