I Got Another Gold Coin This Morning Metamorphosing

The coin show is in Edmonton this weekend, so I got up early and checked it out. I bought a bunch of milk tokens, and was looking through a book with Roman and other old coins, when I saw this gold coin under $100.00, and dang old too! I am well over $100.00 from my snow loot finds this year, so I performed another "COIN METAMORPHASIS".........using some of my rusting clad.......This is gold coin #17

Hey John really cool coin you have there Great Find

I own an ACE250 and i was wondering if you ever found any large cents with the 250?........and if so what icon shows when you come across old copper coins with the ACE 250?

I haven't found a large cent with it, although if it went over some of the ones I found, it probably would have hit at the penny range or a notch to the left of it. I usually take my GTI 2500 when hunting places of suspected old coins.

thank you and great gold coin againI can relate to this question.I havent found any silver coins at all...just a bunch of clad but...i did find 1 1817 LC in my back yard at about 4-5 inches.I originally yelled to the wife that i think i got a quarter but it kept flickering a lil back to the cent icon.When i got it out i nearly croaked.I hope this was a lil helpful.I remember saying it got the size right anyway.
