Cool find!!!

It's been awhile since I've dug a Tootsietoy, Hubley, or Buddy L car!

PBK nailed it...It's a Buick. It kinda looks like a GM concept car that the late, great Harley Earl (longtime GM design chief) dreamt up back in the late 30's. The car was known as the "Y Job". The only real difference between it and your find is that the Y Job had hideaway headlights.
