✅ SOLVED I found this pocket knife that is inscribed,not sure what I am looking at?

I found this knife,that looks to be mother of pearl.It has allot of inscription,on one side,and the other side looks like it says something down the middle,with a date 1896.All I can make out is a few state names Atlanta,Houston,Dallas,New Orleans,Louisville.The other side all I can make out is the date1896.I am wondering if it might have United Confederate Veterans association?.
