I cannot figure out how to post a picture of it. Im sure its very old and IS something of significant historic value. Here is my feeble attempt to discribe what I have found. Its roughly 2' square im not sure how thick it is from what I can see without disturbing it is around 6" thick above the ground. It has a perfect carved circle just smaller than the diameter of the stone with a eye shape or something that looks like an eye, in the dead center of that it has what appears to be a small cross "crucifix" shape. the circle seems to be some sort of a drain that meets at one end (side).. Im ctumped as to what this may be. ANY help on this would be great thanks in advance.
