Whites MXT Pro 6X10 DD and 4X6 DD coils and coil covers
Primary Interest:
Prospecting
This is a place where i found little bit of gold.
It was between the first big rock toward the bottom of photo and the second one going up the hill behind it.
Had one pretty little picker with some other fine gold from a small sample.
Look at the rock formations.
There is so many different kinds i do not know where to begin.
Hard to see but there is some heavy staining in the rocks straight back at the top.
I will be going back and would like to know how to better prospect this place.???

I wish you luck:treasurechest:

What you should be looking for are anomalies in the appearance...either physical, or colors. Or types of rocks. Look for sudden upthrusts in the layering you see. Sudden color changes, etc.

Keep working the slopes where rain-wind erosion is your friend. Your detector has to work harder at the base where all of the debris piles up. The plant life on the left slope means more mineralization, work that side first. Don't forget your snake guards when it warms up. Happy hunting!

Yes jim i agree.

And JC there is more up top behind the large bolder also, And that is where there is a lot of staining.

Here is another photo.
