Cuz, I took it home with me! :

Now......why the heck.....!!!??! Would WIF do THAT!?!? ;)

Well, it was because of this:

2016 (177).webp

I figured this "diamond" encrusted ring was purely bling.
But....I was in the field and :

2016 (179).webp

...evidently, it was molting season. ;)
So, I just put the whole plug in a sandwich bag and took it home
to search later. :)
(don't worry, I transplanted another plug in it's place. LOL might
look a lil funny though, a patch of wild mint growing in the middle of the field.
by itself. ;) )

Anyhoo, another wonderful weather day and some very nice finds today:

....and Blingie's blinging...

2016 (178).webp

...and Fishy's peacin' out...

...and I'm as happy as a Flutter By!

Ain't life grand!?

Thanks for peeking!

Good move, nice finds! Rings are my favorite especially if the stone turn out to be diamonds! They look good, what kind of marks are on your rings?

WOW!!! Hope she's legit!!!!:occasion14:

Good finds and thanks for sharing. HH........Dirt fishing and caught a little fishy guy too lol

Fishy and Bling look very happy. Maybe you should transplant that plug and see if another ring grows from the seed. Congrats[emoji106]

Me too

Nice finds ... Hope the rain turns out to be real with nice diamonds

That looks to be a twin to the one I found last week. Nice going Gary:icon_thumright:

So what did you find out about that pretty ring?

Nice find . Some bling with ice ...... hope its real

Super hunt Whadi! McLovin' (In honor of St. Pattie's Day...) all of those rings! I hope the diamond and gold ring is real for you. The peace ring looks sterling, and maybe the half butterfly ring too. (I imagine another ring with the left half of the butterfly matches that one and they are meant to be worn together....) Your personal pocket pets, F & B, are rolling in clover tonight! (probably because you brought it home in a dirt clod...) :laughing7: Sub!

Great hunt! Blingie and fishy can be very proud of the finds! :occasion14:

Nice weather and great finds. You know the old saying "When it rings, it pours". Plenty of good target with the intermittent bling.

I indicated already, but in case anyone's holding their breath. The "diamonds" & ring and the half flutter-by ring are both bling.

The peace ring is silver.

I had my fun, 3 rings in one day? Yeah.... :)

Peace out! :)

What a brilliant idea to take the dirt clod home to search for the diamonds. WELL THOUGHT OUT. Truly. I'm way impressed!

Well, I can see how it might be prudent. But, "brilliant"? Naaaah.... LOL

It just happens that when I was still a pup in this hobby I'd found a really large ring with stones all around in a big circle on the face. I was SOOOOOOO happy! I filled the hole and went home! It wasn't until later that I thought that maybe, just maybe, the huge missing stone from the center of the ring just might had come off when I dug. I went back to that place many, many times but I never found the exact spot again. :dontknow:

Ever since then, if I find a ring with a stone in it, it goes into a sealed bag, in the field! Just in case it might come loose and if there are missing stones, I thoroughly search the hole and near by! It's paid in the past.

Thanks!

Congrats on a three ring'er!
I see Blingie is willing to climb the hill for that piece of bling!
Fishy looks quite happy with his "peace" of the pie!
There is still treasure to be had!
Maybe a good thing its bling, cause you will not be getting that back!
Nice amount of battery $$ too!
Best of all you made it out!
