i did it again, another amazing copper

3rd nice copper from this site by the river, there were wharf here for ships in the 1700-1800s
I electrolosised it and it looks almost new

Wow Crab, I'm guessing you are on the coast? The soil here a little inland eats the coppers up. I have never found any copper especially a large Cent in that good of shape. Nice find!!

yes on the coast, new bern, most coppers i find are eat up too, but these were in very rocky sandy soil near the river and had concrete there from around 75-100 years ago, but they just pulled it up to build a house, its a big lot and they still have half of the concrete to remove
