When I went to Washington, i was outside and found this very strange blue rock. It's blue, with some gray on the underside. On the top, it has odd, little yellow crystals, almost round in shape. It felt very light so I put it in a cup of water and it floats. The texture feels like Pumice, but it is harder. I can't tell what it is, could someone please help, thanks.
