So, as you can see, the finds were pretty crappy today

That said, I was in a very beautiful spot in DC. You can't see it, but the Potomac is down there. It's kind of hard to have a bad time on a lovely spring day, good finds or not.

Also, I'm making my first return of something I found, a bird band. Not a huge deal, but I was able to track down the pigeon club in South Jersey where the pigeon roosted in 1938, according to the band. (I told the club secretary that I regretted to inform him that the pigeon is most likely deceased). I found the band in Bethesda, MD, a couple weeks ago, so the bird flew pretty far. Pigeon: "I just flew in from New Jersey, and boy are my arms tired!"

Thanks for looking! HH

Cool Find And Great Return!!! Chug

75 years, yeah, I'm guessing that poor bird has passed on.

That's a neat find.

That is a average hunt for me, and yes the weather is nice for hunting.

Nice!
It was a beautiful day here, as well.
I was out for only an hour and had a great time with my brother.
I found one of those lead weights too.
