Google turned up nada.

Rich Hill, Weaver Mountains, Arizona.:headbang:

Bill wouldn't be rich if he told everyone where he found gold, would he? :tongue3:

The "Rich Bill" reference is an inside joke about the famous Rich Hill mining district in central Arizona. As a distraction about the actual site being mined it apparently worked quite well.

First I had googled rich hill placers because thats what I thought had been said.
I have prospected the rich hill area but dont remember seeing any saguaros.:icon_scratch:

Had a temporary membership with Weaver Mining District several years ago.
Now Roadrunners owns many of their claims.

Will be back in that area next month so will be on the lookout for the saguaros. :icon_thumleft:

Thanks,
GG~

Been to Rich Hill area twice, did exploring around in the desert, had Bill Southern come visit me to deliver a detector coil, and he showed me a few places to look as well, great knowledgable guy.

Beautiful area full of desert wonder, and lots of old mine workings around as well.

Can't travel right now due to the virus, but looking forward to hitting the trail when restrictions are cancelled.

All the best,

Lanny
