I bought a signed scarf yesterday, I think it's hand-painted silk but I'm out of my l

Bought this scarf at an antique store dollar day. It feels and looks like silk, seems to be hand-dyed/hand-painted, and is signed illegibly in one corner. Haven't measured it but roughly 1 m squared? The design reminds me of Monet's water lillies.
