Just poking around my lawn today for a little bit today before lunch and this little guy showed up. I know I have seen something like this before but I can't put my finger on it. I included a toasted quarter for size and a height on the ruler. It is non magnetic. Kinda reminds me of a tiny trash can lid like you see at stores haha. On the F2 came up as 64 Zinc.

Thank you creskol! Any Idea on date? My neighbors refuse to believe this was a farm before turned into a town even though I have found several farm related things. Now its just a house with houses every direction and a decrepit small barn out back. My house was built in 1900 if that helps. Most of the houses on my block were as Shippensburg was booming with new housings being built.

Thats what I was thinking. It looks like to me the triangle shape hole is due to ware.

My yard has hits 100 percent of the time lol. TONS of Iron, and oddities that is why I call it the Bermuda Triangle. Musket ball, Iron, gears, horse rosette, ect. But I have rescued many of bottle caps, tabs, nails, and about 70 some pennies and some were wheats haha. There is still tons out there I have to dig but since it is my lawn it isn't going anywhere so I pick at it from time to time when I am bored or sick.
