Nice box turtle shell. They're not very common where I come from. Is that a wedge or hatchet head between the horse shoe?

That's a pc. of crock found near a old house site.
The shell of the Box Turtle was a surprize my brother inlaw just had gave me this book mark just a couple of weeks ago and today I found this one on my hunt.
