Nice Dragon Coin,
Some Chinese are valuable, but seem to not get much respect,
Have recovered both Silver & Colonial examples (earliest. a Shi Tsu, ca 1650)
Not much applause :icon_scratch:
ebay is not the most reliable indicater of value or identification.
congrats on a cool coin

Groovy coin! Wonderful dragon! May be brass rather than copper. Don't be concerned about selling it -- keep it! 2012 is a Chinese year of the Dragon and the Chinese dragon is a benevolent guy! Chinese new year starts January 23 and their astrological year starts Febr. 4, so your finding this coin in January 2012 should give you a wonderful year in 2012! If you don't want to keep it, give it to a friend so you will both have a great year.

Welcome to t-net! Looking forward to your future posts also. Andi
