Huh, that's kinda neat

So, out in the morning for a couple of hours (usual routine :icon_pirat:), and I get this one piece (little aluminum disk) and I'm thinking garbage - it's about the size of a dime and caked black. I've dug similar sorta pieces in parks before - not really sure what they are - but this, as it turns out, wasn't the same thing. I get home and start cleaning it - soap and water - getting the dirt of - and I'm realizing, it's coinage! Turns out to be 24 einen thaler 1837, Hannover! Go figure :thumbsup:

That doesn't have that aluminum look to it. Look's more like lead to me.
Opposit end of the spectrum in weight though.
Let me know if I'm wrong.

I can not say i have seen or ever new one of those existed . again so we learn nice find Rob :coffee2:
