We're excavating the inside of an 1800s foundation which has been collapsed for at least 90 years. Miss halfdime unearthed this marble on our last visit. Formerly under tons of dirt and stone, this item appears to be clear with colored swirls inside. The surface is badly damaged, probably from the trauma of falling stone. It's about the size of a half dollar. All relics found this deep are 19th century, but to my mind this doesn't fit. Some of you marble guys, please enlighten me! Could it be 19th century, or early 20th?
