HUGE find (UPDATED: CLEANED!!!)

Not in value proably, but heavy and BIG. It was in a yard of an old tavern that was established around 1885. This thing is BIG, I'll post more pics of it cleaned.

Nope, i dont own one. But, yes left a tank of a hole

can't really tell, but it seems so

It is indeed a pulley--probably from the well but also used to hoist hay, etc. into the hayloft of the barn.

Pieces of rust started to break off more and there IS a grove.

Looks like a well Tiggle or pulley. Probably over an old well.
