Housing and Urban Developement.
The object is a venus symbol and maybe prolife meaning.
Appears to be lower grade silver metal.

More than likely pot metal
Symbol is depicting "ANKH"
It represents the concept o eternal life,

That's a find of a LIFEtime... :laughing9:
Is the back blank?

Yes

OK, I didn’t see the connection. I was hoping it was something else, such as a HUD (Heads Up Display) on a metal detector, that would be cool. Nice find just the same.

Clearly an authentic Eleventh Dynasty Egyptian pendant, likely stolen from the tomb of Intef the Elder. Not sure how they knew enough English to write the word "LIFE" seeing as English didn't exist yet, but those ancient Egyptians were a very clever people.
