Hubcap?

I'm pretty sure it is a hubcap and if it wasn't for a recent post with a model T valve stem cover i'd be clueless on the other. I'm just curious as to what year the car or truck was from and maybe what type.. Model A? Not havin much luck on my part. Lazy? You bet! And also introducing my 1st silver quarter ever a '52! Thx for looking and any help. HH

The hubcap is from a model T. Scroll down to wire wheel caps 26-27. Also used on early(up till june) 1928 model A.
