Since we are running an outdated version of vBulletin, it doesn't properly support https. There is no proxy for links/images and that would break SSL compliance. We are working on upgrading the software but since we have custom code on this platform the upgrade will be a task. We also know that users hate change, even when it is necessary. We will be announcing something about it soon. It's coming though!

Our site transmits no financial data, and https has no guarantee it is secure, look at all the sites hacked who use https.

Thank you for the replies. Oh, I am well aware of hacking. Our power grid is one click away from going down, and we're due. Just little tidbits can add up was my point.
