HS ring help

So I found my first gold yesterday!! 10ct HS ring.

I'd like to track down the owner or heirs.

1934 Glen Ridge HS initials EGM. The only HS that came up on the net was in NJ. called there today and within a few hrs I have a possible name Eileen Murphy. This is a very small ring so I'm sure it's a girls.

I've tried the net but not much luck.

I know that there are some good ring detectives here, and I am hoping for a direction to go from here.

BTW ring found in Worland Wyoming

such a common name and so old that is may be impossible. I would suggest classmates or Glen Ridge HS alumni websites. good luck and congrats

Hello. I found an Eileen Murphy in the 1935 Census. Listed age 19 and HS graduate. Father Arthur Mother Dorothy She had sisters Kathleen(15), Rosemary (14), Dorothy (8) and a brother Arthur. Address in 1935 was 404 Fairmont Ave, Jersey City, NJ. I am not sure about the HS. It was not listed. Hope this helps.

If she's alive she would be around 97. More than likely you'd be returning it to a relative. I applaud your effort. I'm trying to do the same thing right now but without the name of the school. Good Luck on your detective work!
