All Treasure Hunting
Just found this site, since I have been home from work. (teacher) This is new to me. I always collected shiny stuff as a kid and as a history teacher I think it is important to dig up a few things to learn from days past.

I am always looking for new ways to inspire my middle schoolers whom are incessantly facing a blinking light (AKA cellphone).

I hope to find treasure both figurative and literal on this site.

thanks for letting me be a part of it.

Welcome to this Forum...!
You will find helpful folks here, with experience and other resources for you, to draw from.
I spend a lot of time here, just enjoying the stuff shared and puzzled-over, too......!
So, fragments, or RELICS of History, your students can research answers, for what the object is, or was...!

Welcome to TreasureNet! Thanks for all the hard work at being a teacher. You should get a pay raise. My daughter is a Teacher and I see how hard she works at being good at it.
History is wonderful and comes alive when you hunt for treasures of the past. I don’t care who you are or how old, finding treasure brings out the kid in all of us. It’s the perfect thing to get kids, or anyone, involved and develop a love for history.
Best of luck!

Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) so if you ask a question, etc. - members may have more success helping you (your location may help etc.)...
