Can't do it. You can upload your pic to photobucket (or other) and then include the link, but you can't add a photo to PM's. I sometimes wish you could, but not being able to helps keep folks from sending lots of non-treasure "trashy" pics through PM's, thereby helping to keep Tnet a clean, family-friendly site.

Otherwise, there's always email.
