How to list unique item?

I found this hard to find board game way high good until canceled BIN OBO. This is the only new in box of this game or complete game on all of ebay right now. Amazon has it for anywhere from $75 to $130. How do you guys list a unique item with no others currently like it?

One sold on E-bay for $60 plu shipping in April. HH

find the one that is completed and then click sell similar. And list yours as new unopened and go from there
