How to add "BANNER" icon to title thread?

recently someone suggested my find should be a BANNER, I informed them it was already

how do I add the "BANNER" icon onto the thread title just so it may stop voting for something that's already been awarded!!

I'm a "Southern Belle" & da rat Anyway, you don't know how many times we get a report for banner nomination & it's already on the banner. The thread is marked & the member who found it has a nice icon stating "Banner Finds (1)", some folks don't really pay attention to some things.
