its a very old possible 1800's nail and a lead bullet!

Wash this nail with water and vinegar.

Mix equal amounts of water and vinegar, an put your nail into it for 2-3 days. After this, clean it with a Karcher.
Put it back, if necessary. When all rust come off, dry it and clean it with some rough stuff.
Than, paint it with transparent lack.
Will look much better.

he heee i was going to go to grandmas but they dont have power and my grandpa had a Asama attack and on the way to the hostetal and he had a heart attack.
