WWII is a good approximation, but maybe earlier. There should be a makers mark on the back, stamped into it (Boyt? Sears?) and it looks to be in good enough condition that I would think they should be legible.
Could you show a picture of the back?

Boy is that a lousy reproduction on eBay!
