Your buckle includes a copyright symbol (the letter c enclosed in a circle) which would date the piece to 1954 or later (when Title 17 of the US Code was amended to use that symbol to indicate a copyright).

Did I miss something? Where do you see a copyright symbol on his buckle?

OWK, I think your seeing just some scroll work on the buckle. I just see the word HORN and SOLID, unless I'm missing something too.

EDIT: Wait, that's not SOLID, I can't tell what it is. Looks like SOLIDE

Hello vhs07. You are correct the supposed copyright symbol is scroll work and the it does say "SOLIDE". Still not sure on the age of this thing but I am gonna guess early 20th century based on Breezie's post and other relics dug on the site. Thanks for the reply. C9
