How old is this womans compact?

I found while metal detecting at my uncles 1889 home.

On the top it says Deere.

Bottom says Reich Ash New york.

All I need to know of is the year it was made. I know the value.

Please help me out

The company had a law suit for patent soliciting in 1926 and took a company to court in the early 1930's. It looks Art Deco to me so I would say 1920's to early 1930's.
