It says "Berkeley Club" on it, and I can find Berkeley Club bottles, but none to match this letter style. Any thoughts?

That is a melty one. I, too, looked at quite a few. The most I found in one place was here: Berkeley Club bottles | Antique Bottles Forum, but not that particular model.
I would guesstimate 1930's.
