How many of you look for puzzles?

What? Crazy. I always look at puzzles but t I keep them for winter. Nice score. Why so high of a price? Brand? Subject?

Peopel collect Charles Wysocki puzzels, and this is on of the rarer ones. I have got good money for lots of puzzles. I only buy sealed ones usually.

Nice find! I buy them all the time sealed for $1-$2 from the thrift stores and flip them on Amazon FBA for $20-$40. Board games are also good sellers but I feel like a lot of pickers overlook the puzzles! Thomas Kinkade themed and Ravensburger puzzles are good sellers in my experience.

That's a great tip, I'll have to slow down a little and check the puzzles. Good money:)

I've picked up some vintage older puzzles but never anything newer. I'm going to have to take a closer look now.

Thanks for the tip. Sealed is the key. I assume they are worthless if missing a piece.

I will scan them but think I am sure they are missing pieces and no way am I going to count them. Sealed ones are hard to find here. The ones that are sealed are the common wal mart kind.

Just go to Ebay, do a search on Charles Wysocki puzzles, sold, highest priced. You will be amazed. Some of these puzzles are worth buying new and just holding on to them.

Years ago, I bought a 3-d star wars puzzle for a quarter. Sold it for something like $38. Funny story, I was riding the bus home and decided to get off and go to a last chance thrift store on the bus route. Glad I did! The box itself was open but the bag inside was still sealed. I walked by it 3-4 times, picked it up twice, something told me to pop on it. Ive learned to go with my gut.

I have never thought much about them. I did pick up an old (1968) Concorde puzzle the other day for a couple $, probably only worth a couple $ too :)
I liked the art work and thought there might be some Concorde or puzzle collectors.

do you guy's think this 1974 Superman puzzle would be worth grabbing?
