how many boxes a week do you guys go through? Right now I have $750 available to use to buy coin so what I was thinking of doing until I get a couple more pay checks and have enough to do more was order a box of halves from as many banks as I can, then go through them, cash the coins in, go to the next bank to pick up those halves, etc. Depending on how many banks I can get to order me halves I would then use the $500 from the halves to buy dimes.

How many boxes do you have the same bank order? I feel like if I started asking my bank to order 1000 in halves every week they would get annoyed very quickly

You are better off increasing your bankroll to search before you order multiple boxes. But hey whatever works for you.....

I throw out the numbers 2, 4 and 8 when ordering Halves.

Telling them i would really like to have 8 but I know that can upset some delivery drivers so if they could order 2 or 4 per week that would be great.

My standard order is now 4 boxes of halves from an individual branch. However, I usually do that order from several branches so I am searching much more.

The minimun order for halfs at most banks around here is $1000 and a few are $2000.

30-60 boxes per week is normal for me.

some 2, most 4, a few 6, and 1 does 8 for me once a week.

I haven't had the cajones to ask for more than 2 at a time, per week, from each bank. I can't flip them faster than that anyway, work is always busy

You can do as much as you want. As long as you can keep turning over your money. If your banks are close. Go for it. Some times i pick up and dump the same coins 20 min later. It works!!!

right now I am doing 12 boxes of dimes a week from 1 bank, I cant find any banks around here to order me halves...but Im getting in pretty good with the tellers, today they told me they would keep all haves and put them aside for me...after a couple weeks of going in everyday and picking up coin and not bringing it back, I will see if I can sweet talk them into some boxes of halves for me!!! kindness is key :)

I do 4 boxes of halves, 2 per bank, but these boxes are getting lamer and lamer the last few weeks. Also not to mention I am having serious difficulty dumping the coin as there will be a random time all my local dump branches that have a coin counter that actually processes halves properly will be out of commission for 3 weeks and I am stuck with 5k in stupid clad. Bahh maybe I should just do 10 dime boxes instead, those would be such a breeze to dump.
