How long for warranty work?

Sent my ACE off 2 days ago to Garrett. Just wondering how their service turn around time goes?
Dan wrote below that his took months..... I have been so busy since early fall that I havent had time to MD. Now I have time... and just my backup MD sitting in the closet.

Anyone had good/bad luck with them?

I sent my GTI2500 in for the chip upgrade on January 17th and got it back today. That's about 3 weeks.

Got my ACE back - sent it out on 2/7/08 - got it back 2/18/08. It only took 11 days!
I dont have any batteries here at work, so I will have to wait to test it at home tonight. However, the ticket said something about recalibrating - as long as it works I am a happy camper today!
