Well, after 2 1/2 years with my first MD, a Garrett Ace 400, I've decided to upgrade to a NOX 800. Found good deal, no tax, no shipping, and 15% military discount. Funded $500 of it from my 2 1/2 years of quarters and dimes, all clad. Keeping my halves, dollar coins, and two rings, one gold and one SS w/gold inlay. Four jars in back 400 quarters each, two on left in front, 500 dimes each. paltry 140 nickels. It's been fun, hope I can do as well or better with the NOX. BTW, not one of these was silver.

New Nox 800 came today!!! Putting it together and getting acquainted tomorrow, hitting the park Saturday. Not to fear, old Ace 400, you're not abandoned, take you out from time to time.
