Looks like you have to upload the pictures from an image hosting website, such as Imgur or Photobucket. The only option I see for pictures is to add an url (website address).

I always have to type in the URL address to private message, but not to post in forum............What a pain

You can also "copy and paste" an image right into your message like this:

One catch - you have to copy it (right mouse button - copy image) from your browser - it won't work (at least for me) from within a graphics program.
