Hotel tag and a couple of tokens today!

Only hunted today for a little over an hour and was able get a few keepers, the Anchor Saloon token I have never seen before I'm not thinking it's local, the Concordia House tag I'm thinking probably was a key tag but unsure. There is nothing on the obverse of the token or fob.
