Name is Scott, live in the Ozarks of Missouri, and play with a Whites Spectrum XLT my dad purchased back when they were the ONE to have, so I understand.

My main interest is cars, especially my Chevelle, or Baby as she's called. Also have a VW Rabbit known as The Rat. My wife is the Queen, and my son we call Sasquatch. The Queen and I are children's pastors in a local church.

Since my dads passing in 2013, my brother and I were given his 2 XLT's. Last year, my brother moved much closer to me, and I'm hoping this means we can go together and do some good hunting.

Due to my employment I get to be on private properties most would not be allowed on, related to work, and occasionally the property owner will let my 'hunt'. Unfortunately, it is for very short time periods (ie 30 min lunch break or less) so it has to be a quick sweep over. I've found interesting things and have left all behind for the property owners.

Everyone have a Blessed Day.

Malibu, A Big Welcome to You to the Tnet forum from Georgia. The two Whites XLT's that you and your brother inherited from yall's Dad are nice detectors. Here's hoping y'all can do some hunting together and find some cool stuff.

Welcome from Texas

Kingskid1611. When we introduce ourselves to new kids, I am always introduced as Baldguy. When the kids are corrected by their parental units they shouldn't call me Baldguy, I always tell them my friends call me that, my family calls me that, and kids we had in kidschurch over 20 yrs ago, still call me that. I am the Baldguy!
Thanks all.

Welcome from NC. My advise is find a way to make time for detecting with your brother. Life is short, enjoy it while you can.
