Here's one I picked up on the beach last fall when when I ran the model 4 fluid bed.

After sanding a face on one side, I took a look with a 10-20x magnifier. The fine dark band within the lighter showed a copper/gold speck. Took a look with the 60x pocket microscope, and it's GOLD!!! Tried picking up the rock with my Nd magnet, and it weakly stuck to the magnet enough to where I could pick it up. So the gold is riding the iron horse. I figure the black part of the rock is various grades of magnetite and hemitite, and the brown bands are stained quartz, and other iron minerals in the dark band, and gold.

I think I'll get this one cut and polished as it will make a pretty pendant that will be worth more than the gold inside.
