So I read something on the internet that says that in Alaska your allowed to have a dredge hose no more then 2" over the legal size for the area as long as your nozzle is the right size.
Does anyone know if this is true and if its the same in Oregon? I have a chance to buy a 8" dredge with no engine or sluice for $1500. It comes with the dredge frame, pontoons, nozzle, 20' of suction hose, power jet, flare, and pump with vw bellhousing and starter.
My claim only allows up to a 6" dredge but it would be nice to be able to modify the nozzle rather then buy new 6" hose.
