Got a little mystery here. I dug what appears to be a silver-plated? brass badge-looking thing with a chain attachment. The back is blank, and the front shows a panoramic view of Horseshoe Bend. The badge itself measures 1.5" by 1.5", and the 6-link chain at the top adds another 1/2" to the height. Can't seem to find any information about what it is exactly. I've read about the area, but I'm lost beyond that. Thanks in advance! 20140913_223248.jpg20140913_223348.jpg

Whoops! Sorry, not sure why those flipped sideways, they were upright on my computer.

I should add that I'm also waiting for a response from the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum, I fired them a couple of photos and a description over the weekend. Thanks!

Wow, that's certainly the same thing, thank you! I guess it was added to badges like these so when folks made it back home they could show off where they had been? The only difference in mine is the 6 link chain connected to each of the loops, but I suppose someone could have removed just this part and linked the chain back in one. Or I guess they could have been sold as tourist items as well?
