And I would have to agree that that piece you have is a mounting plate for a strap guide.
Here are a few I've found & have a couple more in boxes I've not unpacked yet somewhere.
Just had two root canals done & a little sore like chewing barbwire. But thank goodness for Vicodin. Or I'd try to find my others for ya.
