horse stirrup and iron cross, how old?

could someone tell me how old this horse stirrup could be? and this cross?

The stirrup is hand forged, and consistent in design to those dating post revolution to mid-1800's. I have no idea on the cross.

The cross looks to me like it was hand forged, and forged welded, and who ever did it did a real good job. No way to tell the age of the cross, because I know blacksmith's that could do that today.
