I went up to vistor our horses tonight  & have another go on the fields. Not because its very good land but to allow one of the guys up at the farm to have a hunt. He lives next to the horse field & keeps an eye on our horses. However, when we got there he was no-where to be seen. So we gave him a call & he was in London & gutted he couldn't have a go. So I will go another time & leave him some land to search.

Spent 1.5 hours whilst my better half hacked out one of the horses. Dug the Victorian button at 7 inches as it was one of those nice faint iffy signals.

The 303 round is dated 1936.

The Boys Brigade badge (Pin) is still in working order.

Out on my 2nd Fav field tomorrow in the rain by the looks of it. (no change there then!)

If you have a comfortable sofa I'll be over there.

It's always a pleasure to see your finds. I really like the flower button and the large cent.
