Don't look like coins but maybe old buttons or bells??? How'd you come across them?

Will clean them better and post daylight photos, found today MD with ace,not big depth,10-15cm down

Almost looks like squished small crotal bells or something! :)

They are a bit heavy, pic's will be better soon and you will see better, they were near the sword!!

Look like mushroomed bullets to me. What do they ring in on a detector as? Where did you find them? In a field, close to a house in a area known to have seen combat or battles? What size are they?

Found them where the sword was,a bit away from it maybe 100m,the shape is like old coins or something that was pressed with something, nice round, material was clean one target,it was deep in the forest away from civilization, now they are in olive oil for cleaning, will upload new photor, they are something that s a 100% but what i dont know!!

Old horse tack from a bridal or reins ? Very interesting. What it the base metal ? Copper or Brass ?

Well not good at detecting material but zhis is quite heavy for it's size,i see and you probably not a 3 circles on a stick,on the other one that is the same is a bit harder to see that, new pictures will show it better

Interesting find and I don't know what they are, but some basic facts will help to identify them . First of all where they were found? Near the sword may help at some point but to start with: Continent, Country, Region, Provence the more specific the better, but what ever you feel comfortable releasing (I'm guessing continental Europe). What do you know of the location: Farm field, Roman occupation, Early settlement, Battles? Size of the objects? There are probably more questions but this will help you get started. My very uneducated guess is that they are some form of early currency. Good Luck!

I am sorry, thought you read the sword conversation where i wrote about the history of that area and where i am from&rest,so Europe-Croatia-a big forest that start's from my city:Zapresic and ends somwhere in country Slovenia, its a forest that was a forest from the begining,in info about my city there is some info. About roman village near the forest(village Drenje near place Brdovec) so the romans were there in the time of Old Rome and there are finds of stone and copper axes on those places, later the only thing known is that from that place the romans built road from that village to the capital of Slovenia(Ljubljana) and back to Croatia(Sisak now, then Siscia in roman times)and btw the city Sisak in Croatia was in the roman times a money production city for the whole roman empire!hope you understaind
